Administrative Services

  • Copies~ Photocopies: .25 per page; Laser Printer: .50 per page, 1.50 per page for color.
  • Fax~ Receive: .50 per page; Send: domestic, 2.00 first page/1.00 additional pages; international, 6.00 first page/2.00 additional pages.
  • Stamps~ going rate.

Audio/Visual Equipment Rental

  • Audio recording equipment in Commission Chambers: 50 hour, 200 day
  • DVD/VCR/31" Monitor: 15 hour, 80 day
  • Overhead projector: 5 hour, 25 day
  • Proxima presentation projector: 50 hour, 250 day

Miscellaneous Equipment

  • Flip chart easel: 10 day; with paper and markers, 25 day
  • Post-it flip chart with markers: 35 day
  • Tri-pod easel: 10 day
